Cougars dominate Bruceville-Eddy in 47-0 win
On Friday, Oct. 25, the Rosebud-Lott Cougars football team hosted the Bruceville-Eddy Eagles. Rosebud-Lott dominated the Eagles, shutting them out 47-0.
The Cougars started the game pulled away early and never looked back, leading 31-0 going into halftime.
Rosebud-Lott continued the shutout in the second half, outscoring Bruceville-Eddy 16-0 to win the game 47-0.
Pryce Rabroker had a great game, throwing for 93 yards and two touchdowns, along with rushing for 35 yards and a touchdown.
Carson Kahlig was terrific, catching seven passes for 39 yards and a touchdown. Bo McGinniss was fantastic, catching three passes for 54 yards and a touchdown. Jeremyah Harris played a terrific game, rushing for 128 yards. The Cougar defense was a nightmare for the Eagles. They allowed just three first downs, six passing yards, 35 rushing yards, forced a fumble, three safeties, and gave up zero points.
With this victory, Rosebud-Lott has a record of 6-2 and a district record of 2-1.
Up next, the Cougars will host the Marlin Bulldogs. The game will be Friday, Nov. 1, and kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
