Jamarquis Johnson breaks through for a run against Jewett Leon on Friday night in the Cougars home opener. The Cougars defeated Jewett Leon 60-22. Quarterback Zane Zeinert lead the Cougars with 406 yards passing and six touchdowns on the night. Breon Lewis had seven catches for 139 yards and two receiving touchdowns. Johnson had five catches for 127 yards and one touchdown along with seven carries for 57 yards and one rushing touchdown. He also had one interception. The Cougars will take on Wortham on Friday night at home. At right, Easton Fulton goes after the quarterback for Jewett.
