Rosebud-Lott High School Bi-District One Act Play

The UIL One Act troop performed March 22 at the Temple Cultural Activity Center. Their play, “The Insanity of Mary Girard,” was ranked 4th among the six performing plays giving the cast the alternate spot at regionals.
Many who saw the play said that the cast’s performance at bi-district was one of their best. Mrs. Lombardo, the One- Act director, believed that ‘nothing else could have been changed; it all comes down to the judges’ preference.’
“I could not have asked anymore from my cast and crew. It was one of their best performances.” According to Mrs. Lombardo even one of the judges said, “it gave me chills.”
