Schedule changes to summer training for athletes
Summer strength & conditioning and sport-specific instruction began on Monday, June 15. The program is for all incoming 7-12 grade RL athletes. This is a free opportunity to improve skills at all levels and in all offered sports. Training has been cancelled until July 13 to “err on the side of caution,” as cases in central texas are increasing, as well as the passing of the fourth of july holiday. Once training is started again, they will begin at 8 a.m. at the Field House. July 20 and 21, there will be no workouts.
