The Rosebud-Lott Cougar Powerlifitng team was very successful at the Regaional Meet last weekend. Carlos Saucedo was first place and qualified for State.

Lady Cougar Softball closed out the Valley Mills tournament last weekend, splitting Saturday’s games against Axtell and Valley Mills. The ladies were back in action Tuesday in Bartlett.

The Cougar Girls Powerlifting team competed at Regionals last week. First place finisher was Illeana Rodriguez. She qualified for State and was Outstanding Squat and Outstanding Overall Lifter.

The Cougar basketball team’s playoff run came to an end on Friday night with a 73-44 loss to Grapeland in the Area round of the playoffs. Congratulations on a great season Cougars.

The Cougar baseball team won big in the first game of the season defeating Florence 14-1 on Monday. Great pitching by Jeremy Ellison on the mound and great defense by all the Cougars.
