BEEA 15th Annual Luncheon with Style

4-H Fashion Review winning garments will be modeled by 4-H members during Bell Extension Education’s 15th annual Luncheon with Style. Also spring fashions from Dillard’s will be shown. The event is scheduled for Saturday March 21 at Temple College Pavilion, 130 E Marvin R Felder, Temple, TX at 11:00 a.m.

Proceeds from the event will support scholarships awarded to graduating 4-H seniors who meet qualifications as well as BEEA activities. Pictured is one of last year’s recipients, Christian Coffman, currently a student at Texas Tech. His application was selected to be forwarded to Texas Extension Education Association District 8 Scholarship competition where he received an additional award. In 2019 BEEA also awarded three other college scholarships to Margaret Wood, Clara Steglich, and Braylee Mackie.

The Style Show Theme will be Roaring 20’s and entertainment by the quartet, hmmm. Several of the quartet also are members of the Texas Country Gentlemen. Silent Auction items will be available and will be given away at the event. Also, a quilt “Single Irish Chain”, created by several members will be given to one lucky guest. Door prizes donated by local businesses are a highlight of Luncheon with Style.

Models for Dillard’s styles will be BEEA members, families, and friends. Knights of Columbus will cater a full meal with desert. 4-H Ambassadors will serve as ushers to the models.
