FALLS COUNTY MISDEMEANOR DOCKET

On Nov. 17, 2021, Judge Jay Elliott convened court to hear misdemeanor cases.  The following cases were disposed of, others were reset.

 

Class A Misdemeanors

• Kim Thompson, 54, from Cleburne, pled guilty possession of dangerous drug. She was sentenced to 2 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 3 days’ time served. She was ordered to pay court costs. Thompson was arrested on March 30, 2021, by Lott Police Department. 

• Alejandro Hernandez-Estupinan, 53, from Fort Worth, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated BAC .15. He was sentenced to 365 days confinement in the Falls County Jail. His sentence was suspended 15 months’ probation, assessed $500.00. He was ordered to pay court costs. Hernandez-Estupinan was arrested on January 9,2021, by Lott Police Department. 

• Stephen Douglas Hargrow, 29, from Marlin, pled guilty to violation bond/protective order. He was sentenced to 60 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 38 days’ time served. He was ordered to pay court costs. Hargrow was arrested January 9, 2021, by Lott Police Department. 

• Stephen Douglas Hargrow, 29, from Marlin, pled guilty to assault causes bodily injury. He was sentenced to 60 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 38 days’ time served. He was ordered to pay court costs. Hargrow was arrested October 13, 2020, by Rosebud Police Department. 

Class B Misdemeanors

• Anthony Leroy Dawson, 38, from Marlin, pled guilty to criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 60 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 33 days. He was ordered to pay court costs.
