FALLS COUNTY MISDEMEANOR DOCKET

On December 21, 2022, Judge Jay Elliott convened court to hear misdemeanor cases.  The following cases were disposed of, others were reset.

Class B Misdemeanors

• Lacy Lavin,31, from Marlin, pled guilty to driving while license invalid. She was sentenced to 1 day confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 1 day. She was ordered to pay $500.00 and court costs. Lavin was arrested on April 1, 2022, by Marlin Police Department.   

• Johnny Ramos, 51, from Marlin, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 60 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 7 days. He was ordered to pay $500.00 fine and court costs.  Ramos was arrested on December 21, 2022, by Marlin Police Department.  

• Johnny Ramos, 51, from Marlin, pled guilty to fleeing the police He was sentenced to 60 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 2 days. Ramos was arrested on December 21, 2022, by Marlin Police Department.
