Gardening: Cultivating the bond between people, plants and the environment

Gifted and Talented students from Rosebud-Lott Elementary School recently participated in an educational excursion to Mother Neff State Park. Park Ranger Britton was commended for his exceptional expertise, patience and ability to engage with the visiting group throughout the day. School officials highly recommend requesting Ranger Britton for any future tours to ensure an informative and memorable experience.

Second grade students at Rosebud-Lott Elementary School participated in the Masonic Lodge’s Make Time to Read program. Their goal was to read every day during the month of March and kept up with a reading log. Last week, the Masons presented each student with a certificate of accomplishment and a backpack with a pencil bag filled with goodies.
