The Cougar baseball team won big in the first game of the season defeating Florence 14-1 on Monday. Great pitching by Jeremy Ellison on the mound and great defense by all the Cougars.
The Rosebud-Lott Lady Cougars softball team hosted the Cameron Lady Yoe on Monday afternoon. The Lady Cougars fell to Cameron 8-7.
Cougar seniors Osiel Lopez, Breon Lewis, Kyle Finan, Nik Caproni, Clayton Doskocil, and Preston Hering were honored during the game against Bruceville-Eddy last Friday.
Cougar Baseball opened up the season with a scrimmage on Monday night at home. Cougars will be back in action Friday at home for another scrimmage at 6 p.m.
